There is a new title gaining more and more hype lately called Heroes of Ruin for the Nintendo 3DS as it will be released this July 17th. The game is testing the capabilities of the 3DS as players can play the game as either a Gunslinger, Alchitect, Vindicator or Savage. However, Heroes of Ruin is really pushing online interaction to the max as well as social features where players can trade rare items through the in-game shop which uses the 3DS’s StreetPass to update inventory, while it doesn’t end there. You can play with friends in cooperative multiplayer by using either a local or internet connection as well as having the ability to download daily challenges online to earn many rewards.
So whether it is playing with people from around the world or customizing your character down to their armor and more, Heroes of Ruin seems to be a title that might put the 3DS capabilities on the mark with it being developed by n-Space, but published by Square Enix. With one of the Lords becoming ill, the peace is threatened and it is a quest to find a cure to ensure war does not once again plague the land for years to come.
