Gripping story| Amazing character development| Exciting

Cliffhanger ending… not that that’s bad we just want to play the next one… NOW!

A House Divided is exactly what The Walking Dead fans needed. This week, Telltale Games brings players yet another very impressive installment to The Walking Dead series. Season 2 Episode 2 has presented players with something magnificent that Episode 1, All The Remains, lacked; hope. When getting through All The Remains, players couldn’t help but feel that there was something lacking, as there was plenty of gruesome dramatics there was little love. The Walking Dead Season 2 Episode 2 “A House Divided” was everything someone would want out of The Walking Dead and even more so a reflection of what players wanted to see as a reflection of the greatness of Season one of the Telltale Game Series.

We would be lying if we said the first episode of season 2 of The Walking Dead- A Telltale Games Series was every ounce of what we wanted to see. After playing it and reconsidering it was felt that the direction of the game was going into a dark whole, A House Divided confirmed that this game is set to pull out every emotion in players and in the best ways that is can.

A concern among many The Walking Dead fans is a change in the honest, sweet and caring little protagonist; Clementine. It was feared that the outbreak hardened her sweet soul. Players wanted to feel the everlasting connection with Clementine that season 1 displayed and season 2 episode 1 tarnished. In A House Divided we are once again met with the sweet soul of Clementine. Where of course like you would expect The Walking Dead to be, you do make choices; when choosing for Clementine you can make her seem hardened but it’s not needed. We appreciate that you enter the game and play through it with exactly how you would expect Clementine to grow up, smart, sweet and caring.

Telltale the Walknig Dead A House Divided Clementine and Luke

In this installment to The Walking Dead- A Telltale Game Series we dive deeper into the stories of the new survivors. As not to give any spoilers, A House Divided does a magnificent job of letting gamers connect to the new cast of characters and their building relationship with Clementine as well as an incredible job at beginning to connect the game with the previously released 400 Days DLC. The story building and character connection is deep, its grand and its shows that Telltale Games is attempting to get more reaction from players. This game is deep, it’s not just about the blood and drama but it’s about love, lost and survival. As odd as it is to say, A House Divided brings a new hope back in to The Walking Dead, a hope that was seen in season 1 and destroyed prior to A House Divided release.

There is no better way to put it besides this installment, The Walking Dead Season 2 Episode 2, is exactly what fans wanted. Somehow it is devastating and heartwarming at the same time and we love it! This is what we wanted to see from The Walking Dead Season 2 and we are just plain ecstatic that this is what we are seeing from it. Expect surprises, expect hardships and smiles but above all if you are a fan play it, it is well worth it.
