Xbox One 2016 Exclusive Games List

Today Microsoft has made comments on their Xbox One 2016 exclusive games list. The games one this list are exclusive to Microsoft which means some titles will on only be available on Xbox One but will also be available for Windows 10 players.

Along with releasing the Xbox One 2016 exclusive games list came a few surprises. Microsoft has now confirmed when Gears of War Ultimate Edition will release on PC. PC players can jump into true refurbished Gears gameplay starting March 2016. Among the news it was also announced that the upcoming title, Recore, will also make its way to PC players. There will be many new Minecraft updates to keep the creativity flowing as well as hundreds more Xbox 360 backwards compatible titles to come.

Anyway, now back to the good stuff. Check out the list of Windows and Xbox One 2016 exclusive games. It’s important to bear in mind that this list is confirmed however it is subject to change. Recently the former Xbox One exclusive title Scalebound was pushed back to a 2017 release date. In gaming the release dates seem to be ever changing. As of the date this article was published, the list below shows which games Xbox One fans can expect to play this year and when they will be releasing.

  • Quantum Break – April 5 2016 – Xbox One
  • Crackdown 3 – Summer 2016 – Xbox One
  • Halo Wars 2 – Fall 2016 – Xbox One, Windows 10
  • Gears of War 4 – Fall 2016 – Xbox One

This list is surly going to be added to in the coming months as E3 2016 gets closer. So far Microsoft has an amazing line-up to hopefully break even more records in 2016.
