One of the most hyped games of the year and for good reason. BioShock: Infinite continues the great story telling trend over at Irrational Games. During your time in Columbia, the city in the sky, be prepared to face racism, slavery, religious persecution and more. Fighting different enemies with some great character design such as the Handyman, Motorized Patriots and the monstrosity that is the Song Bird. Help rescue Elizabeth, who becomes more of a friend than an AI companion character. Not satisfied enough? Check out our review of Bioshock: Infinite if you want the full details on how amazing this title truly is.

Tomb Raider

[360, PC, PS3]

Reboots have come at gone but none have quite stuck with us like Crystal Dynamics re-imagining of Tomb Raider. The popular video game icon gets a whole new beginning and establishes one of the best reboots in the gaming industry to date. Forget everything you know about Lara Croft and follow this brilliant character as she endures the most punishment a female character has encountered to date. You can also prolong your journey thanks to the competitive multiplayer included in the game however it will seem more like a vacation than a permanent stay.
