Spring 2013 is what we as gamers know is the “undefined time”. New games get until later on given a date we can look forward to and when it finally is confirmed and we have hopes and were all happy campers; sadly though the newest adventure for Sam Fisher in Splinter Cell: Blacklist has gone through the dreaded later rather than sooner approach to its release. We know it’s being released August 20th, 2013 though which is a good month for the game to come to us. With great games like Gears of War: Judgement, Tomb Raider, and Bioshock: Infinite they had a lot of heavy hitters to contend with in the early months of the year.
Instead of competing with those titles we’ll be getting our newest stealth title in August which is kind of a drought period anyway so it all works out. With Splinter Cell: Conviction taking the series in a more packed direction with its stealthy elements Blacklist can learn something from Conviction in a way and give us gamers the classic stealthy approach or the more shoot first and ask questions later approach that some of us have grown attached to.
Sam Fisher and Splinter Cell: Blacklist are coming August 20th, 2013 for Xbox360, PS3, and PC stay tuned to Gamersbliss.com for more of the hottest and greatest gaming news.
