There is news that the Medal of Honor: Warfighter open beta will start on Friday October 5 exclusively for the Xbox 360. All Xbox 360 owners will be able to download and try the Warfighter multiplayer beta starting tomorrow.
This beta will have only one map title, Sarajevo Stadium. In the beta players will have the ability to play Hotspot mode. This mode is where soldiers either attack or defend different spots on the map. All of the classes and Tier 1 Operators are included in the open beta.
This is Medal of Honors second semi-recent attempt to dominate the military first-person shooter. With front running Call of Duty and Battlefield 3 not far behind, this game will have to have something very impressive to steal the spotlight. Come Friday we will find out if this game can stand tall with others in the crowded genre.
Medal of Honor: Warfighter will be on store shelves for the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC starting October 23rd. Remember, this is your way into the Battlefield 4 beta (whenever that will be) if you pay just ten dollars more than the regular price for the Limited Edition copy of the game.
