Midnight video game launches have become more than just a shopping experience but can be considered somewhat of a party for gamers. Fans of certain video game series all come out to celebrate the release of their favorite game all up until they finally have the game in hand at midnight. These releases have become extremely popular among the most beloved games, most recently being Borderlands 2.
Our Los Angeles team went to go celebrate the release of Borderlands 2 with many other fans in the West Hollywood GameStop location. This GameStop hosts some of the greatest midnight releases and for Borderlands 2 they made sure it was no different. At this midnight launch there was an appearance from Borderlands renowned character and voice actress, Britanni Johnson, otherwise known as The Guardian Angel. Along with the appearance from the Guardian Angel was a raffle to win one of a few posters signed by the Borderlands 2 development team.
