Square Enix has just let out big news regarding Hitman: Absolution. This information came in the form of an announcement to a brand new game mode called ‘Contract’. This mode allows players to play through missions in their own way; different targets, different tactics and its all by the command of the player.
Using a tool called “Play to Create” gamers are allowed to simply but effectively change the way a missions is played to fit their personal play style. This tool lets players jump into any mission and play as they please and shaping it to the way they want others to play the mission. What every way the player decides to play a mission is the way the contract will be created for others to play. Although Hitman isn’t known for online multiplayer or anything of that matter this mode makes a game meant to be played by one’s self much more social.
The best part about this newly added mode is its simplicity. It gives you the option to play a level, forming it to the way that you want to play it and sharing your way with other players without the hassle of complicated level editing tools… Just play how you want and watch your vision be created.
Get ready to create your own Contracts when Hitman: Absolution hits store shelves on November 20th 2012.
