That’s right folks, it’s every PC user’s favorite time of the year (besides the winter steam sales of course). After months of waiting, Steam has finally kicked off their summer sales. I expect my Steam library to grow by a large margin, as is every year.
Some of today’s sales include: Terraria for $2.49, Deus Ex Human Revolution for $7.49, and Portal 2 for $4.99. Keeping with tradition, Steam is also offering updated pack deals from companies such as Square Enix and Bethesda.
There is also something new happening with these sales, you can choose the next game to be featured deal; the choices right now are between Batman Arkham Asylum, Saints Row The Third, and The Witcher 2.
It’s a great time to be a PC user, and I can’t wait to see the next titles on sale. It is possible that Steam might encounter some load issues, so if you run into trouble downloading a game, don’t be discouraged. There is something for everyone, and there are only more sales coming over the next few days. Now excuse me while I go pick up Legend of Grimrock for $5.99.
