As suitable it is for a trilogy to have a collection of three different super special editions for Assassin’s Creed III, that will of course break your wallet… but you know you’ll get one of them… IF your a hardcore fan that is. You play as Connor Kenway while the story is set in the years of the American Revolution (1753 and 1783), spanning 30 years of Connor’s life. There is of course the standard Special Edition, the Join or Die Edition and the Freedom Edition. No Prices have been revealed yet, but I am sure most retailers will carry all the editions of the game once it is release on October 30th, 2012 for the Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and PC.
- Special Edition has special packaging, including the game of course and an exclusive single player mission called ‘A Dangerous Secret’ where you will fight against a secret that could jeopardize the funding of the revolution. Succeed and you’ll be rewarded with an exclusive weapon: a Flintlock Musket.
- Join or Die Editionwhich will include a high quality Medallion of the Assassins, George Washington’s notebook revealing all the truth & secrets regarding the Assassins and the Templars during the American Revolution time period.
